Coalport Hawthorn – Shard on Neckwire

I haven’t used neckwires often, but this modern presentation seems to suit these fragments of Coalport Flow Blue china.
I’m showing a couple of examples here – rather than smoothing into a uniform shape, I kept the shards of china natural (more or less according to they way they broke) and then set them into sterling silver.
Note from the photos that your necklace may include pronounced curves (as is the case in one of these two examples). This is deliberate – I feel it adds to the overall character.
